Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanorEfficiently process customer orders through phone calls and in-person interactionsPrepare and assemble pizza orders with attention to quality and accuracyHandle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precisionMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking suppliesLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approachStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for handling cash transactions accuratelyAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresDemonstrated multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededPositive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressureFood handling experience is a plus, but not required
