Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Louisville, United States location. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate information about our products and servicesProcess orders, refunds, and exchanges efficientlyIdentify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departmentsMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsCollaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfactionStay updated on company policies, products, and servicesParticipate in ongoing training and development programsContribute to a positive work environment by supporting team goals
