Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and orders professionallyTake phone and in-person orders accurately and efficientlyProcess cash and credit card transactionsPrepare food items according to company standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAddress customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteouslyAssist with inventory management and restocking as neededAdhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and quality control standardsParticipate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenCapability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsAbility to follow directions and adhere to company proceduresFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsCash handling experience and basic math skillsAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order taking and food preparationTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
