Our client, a dynamic and expanding legal services provider in the Milwaukee area, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Outbound - SSA Benefits. As a vital part of the customer support department, you will play a key role in supporting clients and potential applicants through effective communication and diligent screening processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the organization’s success.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Outbound - SSA Benefits
**Location:** Glendale, WI
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** 08:00am - 05:00pm, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Make over 100 outbound calls daily to potential clients and leads who have expressed interest in our services.
+ Screen and evaluate leads for eligibility, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for our services.
+ Obtain detailed client information through professional and courteous communication.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in call center databases.
+ Draft and send necessary paperwork to qualified candidates, including new client documentation.
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
+ Strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
+ Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment.
+ Proficiency in computer use and typing skills.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with strict deadlines.
