**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
You will be supporting to assists guests, residents and visitors, provide customer service support for, area locations and other concierge service needs. Complete records, reports and other duties as required and assigned.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
+ Displays a good disposition with warm, friendly, professional greeting to all those entering the property. Answers telephone in friendly, professional manner. Maintains accurate records of service requests and status.
+ Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status.
+ Responds promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request.
+ Provides administrative assistance to the Property Manager and other members of the property management team.
+ Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property. Responds to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner. Summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**
+ A levels/ O levels / Diploma holder / other relevant professional certification
+ Experience in customer service or frontline work a strong advantage
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Good disposition and customer service orientated
+ Self-driven & team player
