RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle calls for Maintenance Operation Center.
- To ensure standby personnel are on duty and deploy a technician soonest once after receiving client complaints.
- To be professional and courteous while engaging client calls.
- To get accurate information and details of client complaints and provide the same during deployment.
- To update correct information in client system after completion of jobs.
- Able to work beyond working hours (max to 12 hours/day)
- Co-ordinate and liaise with clients in case other activities are performed in client premises.
- Log all the cases into the client system and into the internal work sheet.
- To be familiar with KPI of each client and deploy the technician accordingly.
- Work closely with the team leader and escalate any complex issues highlighted by the client.
- Honest in reporting with a good attitude.
- Perform tasks and duties assigned by his superiors.
