**I. Job Summary**
Interacts with and conducts various duties and responsibilities within the Customer Service Center in order to develop new skills and learn new areas of the business while helping customers. Interns gain practical experience, relevant to their field of study, prior to college graduation.
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Develops strong communication and technical skills to assist customers.
+ Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understands fundamental parts of the problem in order to resolve customer service related inquiries.
+ Participates in learning opportunities for process improvements, time management and technology skills
+ Other duties as assigned

A. Education and Experience
+ Education: Interns must have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and be currently enrolled in college courses.
+ Experience: No prior work experience required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
+ None required.

Normal setting for this job is: Hybrid Role; This position is a year-round role - 40 hours in summer for training and 15-20 hours during the school year.
The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $16.00-$19.50. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
