Our client, a leader in benefits and leaves operations support, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service II to join their team. As a Customer Service II, you will be an essential part of the Benefits/Leaves Operations team supporting clients across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Lake Bluff, IL
**Pay Range:** $24.50
**What's the Job?**
+ Answer benefits and leaves questions from clients with professionalism and patience
+ Partner with vendors to provide requested data efficiently
+ Audit benefits and leaves payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
+ Maintain a seamless customer experience both online and offline
+ Handle a high volume of requests with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes with minimal guidance
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
+ Patience, accuracy, and attentive listening skills to interpret customer requests
