**Title:** Customer Service I **Location:** 30 S Keller Road, Suite 100B Orlando, Florida USA 32810 **Duration:** 4 Months | 100% Onsite **Pay Range:** $26/ hr to $28/ hr (On W2) We are looking for a **“Customer Service I** ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented **Inside Sales Support Representative** to provide support to the Inside Sales Team. This is a non-call center office-based customer service role, where the candidate will assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position does **not** involve sales calls but will require consistent use of phones for follow-ups on incomplete documentation and to support inbound clinic inquiries. **Responsibilities:** + Make outbound follow-up calls to obtain missing or incomplete customer/client documentation. + Respond to inbound clinic inquiries via phone; utilize fax and email as needed. + Provide general administrative and communication support to the Inside Sales team. + Promote the use of digital tools and platforms. + Manage time effectively and adhere to assigned work schedules. + Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA. **Qualifications:** + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and smart devices. + Skilled in navigating multiple platforms and websites. + Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
