Our client, a leading healthcare products and services provider, is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, ensuring exceptional service and accurate data management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service/Data Entry Representative
**Location:** Toledo, OH
**Pay Range:** $20/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
+ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
+ Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with other departments to coordinate timely and accurate order fulfillment.
+ Work with physicians and patients to ensure patient care is prioritized.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous customer service experience preferred.
+ Basic knowledge of email, computer, and phone operations.
+ Clear speaking voice for effective communication.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
