This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and professionalism in customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Coordinate logistics, including truck routing and product loading documentationProvide customer service support via phone and email, with a strong emphasis on personal phone communicationCommunicate clearly with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentProficient computer skills and comfort working in order management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional phone presence and customer service mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plusCandidates must demonstrate strong attendance and punctualityAbility to complete a minimum of 30 consecutive days without tardiness or unplanned time off is requiredWillingness and capacity to learn company processes and systems
