It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Essential Functions + Responsible for processing and management orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner. + Preparing monthly order revenue report + Liaise with internal team to ensure the production scheduling and on-time delivery + Handle Sales Order Creation / Credit Note creation + Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing + Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned + Responsible for creation on Proforma invoice / Sales quotation Skill Requirements: + Proficient in Microsoft Excel + Oracle experience, preferred + Strong ethics & professional integrity required + Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure + Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required. + Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude + Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement + Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required Required/Preferred Education and Experience + Minimum of Diploma in any field + Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Customer Service / Order Processing or relevant experience, required + Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
