A small yet growing company in Batavia is seeking a temporary-to-hire Customer Service Representative. This role provides high-touch, white-glove customer service to clients throughout the process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a personalized, professional experience while coordinating services, managing details, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire process delivering white-glove, personalized serviceProvide proactive, timely, and professional communication to ensure exceptional customer experiencePrepare and present quotes and estimatesPartner with internal sales and operations teams to schedule service dates and confirm servicesCommunicate shipment status and updates to customers and client representatives in a clear, customer-focused mannerHandle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detailAnticipate customer needs and address concerns before they escalateReview, prioritize, and complete daily assigned tasks for each customer accountProvide backup support to other customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs are metAnswer general customer service calls and perform additional duties as assigned 1444494_1769708772 To Apply for this Job Click Here
