Handle customer enquiries and issues with speed and professionalism. Collaborate closely with Distribution, Transport, and Inventory teams for smooth operations. Build strong relationships with Account Managers to enhance customer experience. Coordinate Customer DC bookings and submit grids to Transport teams.
