Position Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. This position serves as a liaison between customers and the organization, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communication.
Main Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate day-to-day functions of restaurant services, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for distribution center operationsDevelop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guides, new processes, and contingency plansOwn credit and claims processes for the Distribution CenterCollaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to investigate inventory variancesEstablish and maintain connections with restaurant managers, vendors, and personnel in field office positions within the local marketAct as a liaison between the customer, the Supply Chain Manager, and the Distribution CenterFacilitate alignment among our internal stakeholders regarding customer communications, ensuring that changes to processes and procedures are communicated effectivelyGuarantee compliance with quality procedures during the delivery processOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field and five 5+ years of experience in the food industry and 0-1 years of supervisory experienceThree (3) years or more administrative-type experience working with customers.Fully bilingual (Spanish-English)Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Power Point and OutlookDemonstrated proficiency in other software programs such as WEB ordering systemsDemonstrated problem – solving skillsDetail-oriented, conscientious, and able to work independentlyStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentBenefits
