Our client, a leading organization in the customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the support department, assisting independent distributor partners and business owners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Coordinator
**Location: Hanover, PA**
**Pay Range:** $18 to $19.50 an hour
**Shift:** 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, online, or in person
+ Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders
+ Review and explain commission statements and settlement-related information
+ Support account management and resolve customer issues efficiently
+ Contribute to team efforts during peak seasons and support upcoming projects
**What's Needed?**
+ Customer service experience or background
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
+ Comfortable with data entry, uploading files, and data manipulation
+ Tech-savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday
