Job Summary

Responsible for handling Technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians; and daily communication with Glass General Managers about the schedule and helping the Customer Service Team with any scheduling questions in the Glass Markets.

Essential Job Duties

Order Auto Glass and Route Glass Technicians’ day for assigned marketsCommunicate with Glass General Managers about any issues and go over the schedule for the next dayGetting approval on any aftermarket parts that are not automatically approved and need to be usedGo over previous day jobs to make sure a technician was able to mark them complete or not completeAssist any Glass Customer Service Representatives that have questions about the schedulerPerform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business

Skill/Requirements

1 year of Glass CSR Experience preferredAttention to detailVery Reliable and able a team playerGreat written and verbal communication skillsAble to type 40+ words a minute and be a great multitasker
