The Sales and Customer Service Associate play an important role in delivering a positive, welcoming experience for every customer who enters The UPS Store. This position helps ensure customers receive accurate, timely service while supporting daily store operations and promoting products that meet customer needs. 

What You Will Do  

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and identify their needs by asking open-ended questions  Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and responding to customer inquiries  Promote The UPS Store products and services to customers  Receive, sort, and accurately place mail into customer mailboxes  Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system  Pack items for shipping following established procedures  Receive and process customer packages, including lifting, weighing, and measuring  Assist with merchandising by stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store, and reporting inventory needs  Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and packing tools safely and efficiently  Assist customers with using self-service office equipment  Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment  Work opening and closing shifts, including weekends
