Job Title: Customer Service AssociateJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Invoice Support Specialist to join our team in a high-volume shared services environment within a manufacturing plant. This role is contract-based, with an anticipated duration of 6 months to 1+ year, and focuses on invoice research, vendor communication, and ERP system navigation.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage a shared services email inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiries daily.Research invoice issues, discrepancies, and aging items within SAP and related systems.Provide accurate and timely feedback to vendors and internal stakeholders.Support invoice processing and follow-up within ERP systems (SAP; Basware experience a plus).Track and manage inbound and outbound email correspondence independently.Serve as backup support within a plant environment as needed.Collaborate closely with the team lead and shared services team to meet daily priorities.Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.Essential Skills2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace environments.Experience working with invoices, billing, or accounts payable support.Strong written communication skills with comfort handling email correspondence throughout the day.Experience navigating ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).High attention to detail and ability to research and resolve issues independently.Comfortable working onsite daily in a plant environment.Ability to manage urgency, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced setting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP, Basware, WYZE, or similar invoice/workflow systems.Familiarity with invoice aging and reconciliation.Experience supporting shared services or centralized inbox environments.Exposure to system implementations or enhancements, such as SAP S/4HANA.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, working alongside the Accounts Payable team in a plant environment. It offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a well-known company and is ideal for someone looking to re-enter the workforce or expand their knowledge in accounts payable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
