POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for operating advanced digital devices to provide quality output from high-end color and black and white on cutting edge technology. Provide excellent service to customers, in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate all aspects of functional areas assigned. Responsible for tasks of high complexity or extreme control, requiring advanced technical expertise in a specific functional area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include, But Are Not Limited To...\n\nOperates advanced digital printing image documents in quantities requested\nRead information on job ticket to determine machine operations and specifications to be performed on the job\nCheck quality consistency on the output device\nRecords daily production\nOperates inline finishing and binding machines to assemble multi-page documents into booklet or manual form as necessary, performs off-line assembly (i.e. collates and attaches catalog pages, brochures, etc., to release) as required\nInterprets work request for digital printing to determine type of paper required, arrangement of document, number of copies and imposition\nCross-trains in all areas of production\/bindery\nVerifies color management and proofing process\nVerifies size, color, and type of paper\nChecks and ensures quality of the output\nHandles maintenance of the print devices\nMust be able to meet production goals\nMaintains a clean, organized work placeOther duties may be assigned as determined by the Lead Associate\/Team Leader\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nConventional printing and digital printing, and production experience recommended\nExcellent customer service background\nAt least 6 months experience in reprographic center operations\nDemonstrated communication skills both oral and written\nIntermediate computer skills required\nMust be self-motivated and capable of working in a high-pressured environment\nMust be able to read, write, and comprehend job instructions\nMust be able to clearly communicate and respond to questions from management, clients, and the general public\nSignificant walking and standing for long periods of time, able to lift up to 50 pounds, specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision\n
