Ensure smooth and timely customs, transcon and/or distribution process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace files and reportingEnsure accurately and timely client and service providers billing.Understand all the elements of the import and export Operating Procedures and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customer's instructions and expectations.Ensure compliance with internal, local and international laws, rules and regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures and external government regulations or customer policies/requirements.Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declarationAssist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authorityCoordinate and negotiate rates with our contracted vendors in procuring space and services.Pro-actively provide pricing alternatives, routing solutions and technical assistance to clients through internal sales both regional and global.Respond to requests for proposal, quotation or information timely and with market competitive pricing matching the scope of service required by the customer.Interact with our customers in arranging their transcon, customs and/or distribution shipments, meeting customer service standards.Proactively monitor exception reports to ensure Expeditors is meeting key event milestones within the life of a shipment.Work in meeting KPI standards as per the company’s procedures.Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance at all times to regulationsRequisitos
