We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Customer Service Agent to support our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, and be comfortable handling order processing, customer inquiries, and cross‑functional communication in a fast‑paced setting.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and professional support throughout the order lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systemsProcess customer orders, changes, returns, and credits accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, sales, and quality teams to resolve customer issuesCommunicate order status, lead times, delays, and delivery updates to customersAddress and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalismMaintain accurate customer records, order details, and documentation in ERP/CRM systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and internal processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in a customer service roleStrong communication and problem‑solving skillsExperience working with ERP or CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsCustomer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environmentExperience supporting B2B customersFamiliarity with order‑to‑cash or supply chain processesJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
