Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including answering calls, data entry, and managing order numbers. This role involves filing documents, managing invoices, making outbound calls, and upselling or closing deals. You will be responsible for bringing in new leads and prospects, helping grow existing accounts, and confidently representing our products and solutions. Accuracy in working with ERP and CRM systems is crucial.

Responsibilities

Answer and redirect calls as necessary.Perform data entry and manage order numbers.File documents and manage invoices.Make outbound calls and upsell or close deals over the phone or in meetings with clients.Bring in new leads and prospects to support business growth.Help grow existing accounts.Confidently represent our products and solutions.Work accurately with ERP and CRM systems.

Essential Skills

Customer service and support experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office suite.Strong data entry skills.Experience with inbound and outbound calls.Excellent communication skills in English.Previous experience in a customer service-based role within an office environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma.Experience in the industry is a plus.Bilingual in English and French is advantageous.

Work Environment

The role operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, amounting to a 40-hour work week.

It is a contract-to-permanent role and offers an opportunity to work in a stable team within a stable company.

You will be part of a team of four other customer service representatives, with training provided by the team leader.

The company is a leader in its industry, with a history spanning over 100 years, and most employees have a long tenure.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, Ontario.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
