**Call Center Representative – 18.00/hr** Our client, in Conklin, NY is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will assist current customers with upgrading systems they previously opted out of. You’ll provide friendly support, answer questions, and guide customers through the upgrade process.
