Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team. As a Customer Service representative, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Cargo and Shipment Handling teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service
**Location:** Doral, FL
**Pay Range:** $16.5
**Shift:** 8:00am to 5:00pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee customer interactions and documentation to ensure efficient cargo movement
+ Delegate tasks to boost department productivity
+ Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth shipment handling
+ Support sales by resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities
+ Maintain strong time management and proactive problem-solving skills
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 2 years of logistics experience; air freight/export experience preferred
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
+ Must meet TSA background check eligibility
+ Proficient in email, web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
