**Schedule:** Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour **Responsibilities** + **Oversee customer interactions and documentation** to ensure efficient cargo movement. + **Delegate tasks** to boost department productivity and maintain workflow efficiency. + **Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams** to ensure smooth shipment handling. + **Support sales efforts** by resolving issues and identifying opportunities for growth. + Demonstrate **strong time management** and proactive problem-solving skills. + Work independently while contributing positively to the team environment. + Stay organized and take initiative as a **self-starter** . + **Quote, book, and monitor domestic and international shipments** to ensure timely delivery. **Minimum Requirements** + Minimum **2 years of logistics experience** ; air freight/export experience preferred. + **High School Diploma or GED** required. + Skilled at **multitasking and prioritizing** in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. + Must meet **TSA background check eligibility** . + Proficient in **email, web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word** . + Strong **geographic knowledge** for efficient freight routing.
