**OVERVIEW**
The Customer Service Representative will play an integral role in servicing customer needs and order management for a territory of 5 or more sales associates. The candidate will ensure orders are scheduled properly in order to maintain and improve the on time delivery performance of the plant.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
+ Carries out daily service duties such as order entry, phone calls, return processing, and problem solving
+ Build Strong Relationships with accounts by focusing on specific customer needs, problem solving, and prompt follow up.
+ Handles specialized services and unique needs of our customer base including buying group requirements, custom product requests, etc.
+ Works closely in supporting the sales goals and initiatives by interacting with sales leaders on a regular basis
**REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ A High School Diploma or GED is required
+ A minimum of 3 years of strong experience in a customer service related role

+ Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
+ Ability to coordinate, plan, and organize personal tasks
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to openly collaborate and develop relationships with internal and external teams members and customers
+ Experience with standard office applications including Microsoft office suites and SAP.
+ Experience working independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to assess situations and create action plans quickly and with flexibility
