Our client, a leading provider in the supply industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, advocating for the company's values and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Gainesville, GA
**Pay Range:** $20.00 hourly
**Shift:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Process and confirm orders while communicating necessary details on the day they are received.
+ Generate standard quotes within 24 - 48 hours of receipt.
+ Answer phones by the 3rd ring and respond to all emails by the end of each day.
+ Build and maintain current price lists to protect and maintain gross profit margins.
+ Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, both in person and over the phone.
