We are looking for a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join our Trading team in New Delhi, India.
Main responsibilities
Monitor received requests and active purchase orders, and make sure that orders are completed on time Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems (orders, proformas, etc.), preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed upon with sales staff and direct manager Monitoring daily all received tasks (communication with suppliers, logistics companies, finance dep, etc.) Issuing invoices to customers Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service Helping sales staff with daily activities, helping solve problems with customers if needed Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with established internal policies and guidelines
