What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Support, you will:

Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries with accuracy.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as neededInvestigate and collect information to provide to customerProvide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Your qualifications
