Wichita, KS | $32–$35/hr | Full-Time Consultant (4 Months) | Potential Contract-to-Hire

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to bring on a Customer Relations Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting the flying fleet. This is a high-visibility position where your attention to detail, customer focus, and aerospace knowledge directly impact aircraft availability, customer satisfaction, and operational success.

About the Role

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, engineering, production, and executive leadership. Supporting aftermarket operations—including AOG and spares—you’ll ensure customer commitments are met while managing quotes, logistics, and coordination for high-profile customer engagements and events.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

Support aftermarket customer service operations using our quoting systems.

Determine production status and availability of replacement parts.

Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on spare configurations and make/buy decisions.

Prepare, administer, and manage customer quotes through completion and delivery.

Support AOG and spares requirements, working directly with Boeing on customer requests.

Act as liaison between customers and company executive leadership.

Ensure flawless execution of customer visits, air shows, trade shows, product demonstrations, evaluations, and deliveries.

Manage event logistics, budgets, promotional items, schedules, and agendas.

Ensure adherence to customer commitments, budgets, timelines, ethics regulations, and company guidelines.

Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management.

Align activities with overall marketing, program, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience with a strong attention to detail.

Experience in aftermarket customer support within aerospace or manufacturing.

Familiarity with our companies quoting systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Strong communication, organization, and customer-facing skills.

Ability to work onsite during first-shift hours (7:30 or 8:00 AM start).

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.

Degree combined with customer service experience.

Experience supporting AOG operations and fleet sustainment.

Background working directly with engineering, production, and executive teams.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
