Customer Relations Specialist
Job Title: Owners Relations Specialist

Job Description Summary:

Be an active part of a fast moving team by floating between administrative/clerical support for the communications while also supporting communication to company clients/vendors.

ResponsibilitiesScan documents into internal database as needed.Create and monitor Salesforce accounts and cases.Prepare and mail Change of Address and ACH forms.Process new and revised owner account data.Answer incoming calls on the Owner Relations hotline.Create and maintain strong relationships with interest partners and industry peers.Research owner inquiries related to discrepancies in payments, interests, and settlements.Confirm decimal interests by calculating various interest types such as working interest and net revenue interest.Analyze data to confirm leasehold HBP status using tools like GIS Maps and Glancer.Review lease documents to confirm terms, royalty percentage, and other details.Provide assistance to the legal department to resolve claims and civil matters.Perform other Land Department responsibilities as assigned.Essential Skills0-2 years of Administrative or customer service experience.High school diploma or GED.Ability to build strong relationships.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to manage stressful situations to a positive outcome.Professional demeanor and proven ability to work in a team environment.Self-motivated with the ability to adapt and work under pressure.Ability to prioritize workflow based on specific deadlines.Demonstrated ability to influence peers positively.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cloud-based CRM applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsOil and Gas experience is a bonus but not required.0-2 years in an administrative role with customer service experience.No degree required, but a diploma is needed.Work Environment

The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Fully on-site in Canonsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.05 - $20.33/hr.
