JOB PURPOSE
In this exciting role you will be responsible for the development and execution of People strategy for Customer Operations in PTAB (Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia, Bangladesh) and also in Arabia. You will work with the rest of the Global HR teams to effectively drive a Play to Win culture through strategic projects in Talent, Culture, Capability and Organisation.
This role partners the Head of Customer Operations Leader PTAB and the respective leadership team. It is part of the Customer Operations PTAB Leadership Team and contributes to the CO agenda for the region (3bnE). This agenda focuses on Demand Creation, Entreprise Excellence and building teams that are equally strong in Digital and Operations capabilities.
Role sits in the global CO HRLT and the HR Arabia community, reporting to the HR lead of Global Customer Operations. You will have a chance to co-create and own many impactful initiatives, build networks, and exponentially learn new things.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in business planning, with the relevant leadership teams, to ensure alignment of HR delivery with business goals. Establishes objectives and shape/deliver HR strategy based on metrics that contribute to business strategy and priorities for Customer Operations PTAB.
• Business partner senior leaders and directors in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver the Organizational Transformation objectives, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external).
• Leads complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy. Maintains an external perspective, anticipates people trends, and translates it into strategy.
• Leads and manages talent management processes to ensure effective resourcing, development, pipeline maintenance and optimal career management across Customer Operations and SC across PTAB with a focus on diversity and inclusion
• Activates and deploys the global Talent programmes adapting to the functions’ talent needs
• Contributes to #1 Supplier Agenda by ensuring rigorous Capability Building
• Collaborates with the business for the creation a high-performance culture enabled by psychological safety.
• Supports leaders in building their teams, enhance team effectiveness and promotes accountability. Works closely with external consultants on landing leadership development and other programmes for the functions.
• Utilizes key HR tools, systems and processes, including Workday/Core HR Systems, WebApp, Power BI, Univoice, and other related HR processes and tools.
• Leads the delivery of, and compliance with, Unilever HR policies, processes and local employment/labour legislation for all employees
• Manages a team of 2 CO PTAB HR Partners plus a dotted line on a third HR Partner & collaborates with the network of HRBPs across SC to identify the needs and provide regional solutions tailored for the employees across the region.
• Brings the outside-in industries’ best practices and learnings for the functions and adapt/integrate them accordingly to our People interventions.

Experiences & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR or SC functions
- Preferred previous HRBP experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
