Customer Growth Performance Manager
Customer Growth Performance Manager Job Description: The Customer Growth Performance Manager is responsible for driving deep commercial insight, operational performance understanding, and ongoing in-life analysis across the US portfolio. This role acts as a strategic business partner to US Growth and Finance teams, ensuring the organization has a clear, data-driven understanding of customer behavior, product performance, and progress against budget. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver detailed deep-dive analysis on in-life performance across the US business, with actionable insights. • Act as the primary performance business partner for US Growth and Finance teams. • Own the US in-life performance cadence including weekly scorecards and reviews. • Partner with Growth leaders to evaluate campaign and product performance. • Provide scenario modelling to influence decision-making. • Work with Finance to ensure a consistent performance view. • Support standardization of global frameworks within the US market. • Translate complex data into clear narratives. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CS, Sales Ops. • Drive continuous improvement in performance insight quality. Skills, know-how and experience: Must have: • Strong analytical background in SaaS or tech. • Proven partnering and influencing skills. • Deep understanding of lifecycle metrics. • Strong storytelling and communication abilities. • High proficiency in analytics tools. • Confident presenter to senior leadership. Preferred: • Experience in global organizations. • Familiarity with recurring revenue KPIs.
