Responsibilities + Oversee and assist team members in their daily job duties, such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints. + Provide hands-on, active leadership for team members. + Manage high-profile accounts with professionalism and efficiency. Essential Skills + Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of customer service professionals. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Experience in call center operations and order entry. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 3-5 years in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Work Environment This role is based in an office environment, where you will engage with a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ontario, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
