Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a temporary position located in Lebanon, TN. You will be part of a dynamic team that offers support to customers, sales representatives, and end users globally, within a call center environment.
ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound scripted calls with professionalism and empathy.Follow structured guidance to resolve customer inquiries effectively.Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.Assist with order entry processes and ERP system navigation.Provide timely and courteous support to customers and internal teams.Escalate issues appropriately and ensure follow-up for resolution.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.Support the broader Customer Experience team as needed.Essential Skills2–4 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.High school diploma or GED required.Proficient communication skills in English, with Spanish being a plus.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle upset customers with patience and understanding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in healthcare, data entry, and computer skills.High volume call experience (100-150 calls per day).Inbound and outbound call experience.Strong reading comprehension and experience with call scripts.Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. You will be working in a structured, team-oriented environment where flexibility in scheduling is appreciated.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
