Our client, a leading company in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be part of the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) department supporting front-desk operations, site administration, and visitor coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Experience Coordinator
**Location:** St. Petersburg, FL 33716 (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $24/hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Greet and direct visitors and manage front-desk reception
+ Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
+ Handle mail distribution, FedEx shipments, and supply orders
+ Maintain lobby area and assist with visitor security badge access
+ Support site-wide safety initiatives and administrative tasks
**What’s Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
+ 1–2 years of customer service experience
+ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Strong time management and organizational abilities
+ Must be U.S Citizen or Green Card holder
