**Summary:**
As a remote Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365, you will deliver expert-level support and strategic guidance across key product areas including M365 Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, governance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services—all from a remote work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ M365 Copilot
+ Lead remote implementation and adoption strategies for M365 Copilot.
+ Provide virtual troubleshooting and performance optimization support.
+ Deliver remote training and enablement sessions to drive user engagement.
+ OneDrive for Business
+ Administer OneDrive environments remotely, including user provisioning, permissions, and data lifecycle management.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies.
+ Resolve synchronization, access, and performance issues via remote tools and support channels.
+ SharePoint Online Administration & Governance
+ Manage SharePoint Online environments remotely, including site architecture, configuration, and lifecycle.
+ Define and enforce governance policies to ensure secure and compliant usage.
+ Monitor system health and conduct virtual audits to maintain operational excellence.
**Development & Automation:**
+ Build custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 development tools.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders virtually to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
+ Maintain technical documentation and provide remote knowledge transfer to internal teams.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-600, PL-200) are highly desirable.
+ 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
+ Strong understanding of cloud architecture, IT governance, and security best practices.
+ Proficiency in PowerShell and other automation/scripting tools.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 -$120,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
