Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading operational planning and day-to-day performance for assigned customer accounts in the warehouseMonitoring volumes, service levels and contract compliance across distribution and post-sales operationsSetting priorities, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous efficiency improvementsActing as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication and dependable service deliveryPreparing and reviewing account plans, contributing to statements of work and supporting cross-selling opportunitiesManaging financial and operational reporting, collaborating on P&L and forecasting, and guiding supervisors and hourly teams while supporting system monitoring, projects and issue resolutionYour Skills
We’re looking for someone with:
