Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Customer Data Platform Administrator/Architect to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the advisement on a newly created customer data platform on Data 360/Salesforce. This data will be used to drive marketing strategies and campaigns based on customer activity across Oldcastle's eCommerce applications and products. This individual will be expected to serve in an architect/consultant capacity to advise on best practices and strategies to bring this platform to fruition on both the Data 360/Salesforce and Snowflake platforms. Skills and Requirements - Experience working within the Data Cloud/Salesforce platform, specifically in an advisory/consultant capacity   ○ This person will serve as an architect and administrator when it comes to the creation and development of this customer data platform  - Experience connecting customer data into Snowflake  - Experience activating marketing strategies/campaigns   ○ Using data to drive marketing campaigns  - Customer data platform experience on Data 360 (newer version of Data Cloud) Good communication is a must, must be able to communicate and work well with the onshore based teams Agentforce experience
