Customer Collaboration Specialist (CLD) (m/f/d) - 1 Year FTC, Part Time

In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers. **How you will contribute** You will: + Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio + Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction + Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales + Help achieve business and commercial objectives by fulfilling customer-service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers + Work with the order fulfilment, demand planning, demand fulfillment, and commercial teams to report on and achieve KPIs, including root-cause analysis and continuous improvement + Use internal and customer data to identify and implement improvement initiatives, that create added value for the supply chain and customers + Manage the order-fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix + Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional collaboration **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Experience in customer service and logistics, and with customers + Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company + Data affinity: Strong analytical and problem solving skills + SAP knowledge (preferred) and expertise in MS Office + Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills + Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs + Team player, accountable, reliable, proactive, and flexible **More about this role** **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and consultative relationship building + Attention to detail + Ability to analyze information, ask probing questions, challenge the status quo, and make decisions related to order processing/deliveries and client inquiries + Team player + Commitment to implementing feedback as a means of achieving individual and team performance goals **Education / Certifications:** + A supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering degree or a related business area + Previous experience in a relevant position is a plus + Strong computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly **Job specific requirements:** + Great English and German written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders + Negotiation and conflict resolution + Empathy and problem-solving mentality + Timeliness and reliability and good priorization skills + Resilience + Strong analytical skills + Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity **This is a part time (70%), 1 year fixed-term contract position.** **Mandatory information in Austria:** The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 56.200,-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time.
