The Drug Channel represents $215MM in GR for Mondelez and is integral part of the Growth Channels. As a Customer Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing product placement, assortment, and promotional strategies to drive growth. Your responsibilities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction across all Mondelez categories.

+ Develop and drive customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
+ Execute customer strategy.
+ Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
+ Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in customer business plans

**More about this role**
**Education / Certifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree preferred
**Job specific requirements:**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ Selling experience a plus. Previous experience with CVS is preferred.
+ Comfortable managing with ambiguity and working in a role where the scope will change over time based on business needs
+ Knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal network
+ Understands Mondelez culture and cultures of external retail organizations / customers
+ Establishes partnerships with key internal support functions and stakeholders
+ Instills trust and credibility with customers in order to influence strategies and tactics
+ Understands origin and reasoning behind best practices; shares best practices across team
+ Competent presenting to internal and external senior leaders, can be trusted during challenging questioning
+ Experience driving success with a cross functional team
+ Strong, proactive communication skills
+ Customer focus, management planning
+ Capability/background in analytics and insights. Specifically, proficient in IRI
+ Experience managing large trade budget and forecast
+ Connection to external industry resources
**Travel requirements:** This role requires quarterly travel to the customer. Due to this, ideal candidates should be based within commutable distance to customer HQ in Rhode Island.
The base salary range for this position is $87,600 to $120,525; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
