Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Job Description
The Customer Care Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls based on a structured matrix, respond to township calls regarding permits, and manage membership inquiries. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable dealing with difficult customers and open to on-call work.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls daily based on a matrix.Respond to township calls regarding permits.Handle membership calls.Effectively manage interactions with difficult customers.Be available for on-call work.Essential Skills
Proficiency in customer service.Experience with Microsoft Office.Experience in the trades industry.Inbound and outbound call experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
