**Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Dental & Vision** **Location: On-site – Menomonee Falls, WI** 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday. **Pay Rate: $18/hour (4-6 month contract)** **What’s the Job?** Our client in Menomonee Falls is seeking **Customer Service Representatives** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have **exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.** Previous experience in healthcare, dental, vision, or medical insurance is a plus. As a **Customer Service Representative** , you will: + Assist dental and vision providers with **eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, authorizations, and provider searches.** + Process **claim adjustments and resubmissions** , ensuring proper resolution. + Support enrollment activities, including assigning primary care providers and updating insurance details. + Act as a liaison between providers and the **Member Services** team, handling **eligibility issues, appeals, and grievances.** + Guide providers on utilizing the **web portal** for self-service options. + Ensure all calls are handled **professionally and according to client guidelines.** + Accurately document call details and resolutions in the internal system. + Apply **effective de-escalation techniques** to provide a positive customer experience. + Escalate complex issues appropriately to leadership. **Additional Responsibilities:** + Provide insights for **process improvements** and **system enhancements** to management. + Keep the **Provider Relations** team updated on **manual discrepancies, location changes, and other provider-related issues.** + Participate in departmental projects when needed. **What’s Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + **1-3 years** of customer service experience in **healthcare, call centers, banking, or retail.** + Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).** + Strong **data entry and multitasking skills.** + Ability to **work occasional overtime** as required. + Excellent **communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.** + **Empathy-driven** customer service approach. + Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. **What Makes You a Great Candidate?** + **1+ years** of experience in **dental, vision, or medical insurance.** + Previous experience in a **virtual work environment.** + Understanding of **insurance terminology and claim processes.** **What’s in it for You?** + **Paid training and career growth** in an inclusive, team-driven environment. + Opportunity to work on meaningful **provider relations and customer service projects.** + Develop skills in **claims processing, provider enrollment, and customer advocacy.** If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
