About the Opportunity:
  
Step into a dynamic role where every conversation makes a difference!

As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on - assisting with orders, product insights, quotes, returns, and problem‑solving with confidence and care. You’ll also build strong relationships through proactive outbound calls to key customers, helping us deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. With responsibilities that include keeping essential documentation accurate and up to date, plus supporting the wider Customer Care Team on exciting sales and marketing initiatives, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment where your impact is truly valued.

We will require you in the office 5 days a week for first 6 months however can offer offer hybrid working after this period which would be 2 days work from home.

Your Skills, Experience and Attributes:

Exceptional Customer Service skills and a passion for helping people.

Highly motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in a Dental environment (highly desirable)

Administrative and Sales experience (desirable)

Computer literate with the entire Microsoft suite (essential)

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A team plater and a ‘can-do’ attitude

You will have full working rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months.
