Role Overview:

You will handle vital inquiries, directly influencing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers: Handle calls regarding outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications for Wmo and WlzEfficient Processing: Manage written requests for updates to account information and ensure seamless direct debit processesDeliver Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative accuracyIdeal Candidate Traits:
Masterful Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) and good command of EnglishExceptional Communicator: Your ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly sets you apartTech-Savvy: You're comfortable using various computer applications and tools, making technology work for youOrganized and Analytical: Your decision-making prowess and analytical capabilities help you stay ahead, keeping everything on trackCustomer-Centric Attitude: You have a positive outlook with a relentless focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfactionValuable Experience: While previous experience in a customer service center is a plus, your eagerness to learn and grow is what truly matters to usOur Offer:
