**Role Overview:**
Step into the pivotal role of a **Customer Care Coordinator** and join our mission of excellence in managing crucial schemes like the Health Insurance Act (Zvw), Social Support Act (Wmo), and Long-Term Care Act (Wlz)! You will handle vital inquiries, directly influencing customer satisfaction and service quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Engage with Customers:** Handle calls regarding outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications for Wmo and Wlz
+ **Efficient Processing:** Manage written requests for updates to account information and ensure seamless direct debit processes
+ **Deliver Excellence:** Provide top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy
**Ideal Candidate Traits:**
+ **Masterful Language Skills:** Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) and good command of English
+ **Exceptional Communicator:** Your ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly sets you apart
+ **Tech-Savvy:** You're comfortable using various computer applications and tools, making technology work for you
+ **Organized and Analytical:** Your decision-making prowess and analytical capabilities help you stay ahead, keeping everything on track
