Our client, a respected insurance company located in Boston, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their team for a 3+ month contract. The role has hours from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and offers a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 remote day (Friday). It is compensating $21 an hour within a supportive, people‑focused environment. Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and chat regarding insurance inquiriesEnsure every customer interaction results in a positive experienceDevelop in‑depth knowledge of the company's insurance productsAccurately enter and update policy information in internal systemsBuild strong relationships with customers, agents, and team membersLearn continuously and apply new knowledge to future interactions
Candidate Qualifications
