This is a 3+ month temporary opportunity paying $21/hour, with Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM hours, and based in Boston. Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service for auto insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, and chatEnsure each customer interaction results in a positive experienceLearn and maintain knowledge of insurance products and servicesAccurately enter and update policy information across multiple systemsBuild strong relationships with customers, agents, and internal teamsApply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer issuesCandidate Qualifications
