Your Typical Day:
As an Online Sport Support Consultant, your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers, offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.

Your typical day:
As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.

The Customer Care department suggests the primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us. As a Customer Support assistant, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.

What you need to have is:

Fluency in German, both written and verbalGood command of English, both written and verbalExcellent communication skillsInterest in sportsWork experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirementGood typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)Be organized, decision-making and analytical skillsTeam player with a great attitudeHigh school education
